Any other real adhd people around who had actual diagnoses and on adderall? I’m not sure if it’s me, is adderall getting weaker due to the shortage?

I was on dexadrin for 10 years a while back.

You need to take drug holidays as your tolerance goes up. Take a week or two off your Adderall, then go back on your dose, if it's too strong reduce it.

Your time off will be a little tough so don't plan anything important.

I'm on quick release methylphenidate, been pretty untouched by the shortages
