Teaching version control would be nice. Git, SVN, CVS. My work uses CVS, and I still have no idea how to properly fork and merge. My knowledge of Git currently starts and ends with GitHub (sorry but true). I stumbled my way with TortoiseSVN just so I could get a WordPress plugin uploaded.
