So you got new sdd and you want to try someone new slick distro. So you google slick distro and you find a blog.
You download 4 to 5 iso. Now you want to make a bootable pendrive, but you don't have pendrive. So you use your 1TB HDD. And you accidentally format the whole HDD. Now you install one by one all iso. You don't like single os you revert back to the original OS. And you have wasted your whole day.

List of distro I installed:
1) Deepin OS
2) Solus OS
3) Nitrux
4) Ubuntu 17.10
5) Pop OS (Orignal OS)

@thealex I want nice looking debian based distro. I liked Deepin but it had so many bugs.

Why not Linux Mint Debian Edition? The goodness of Cinnamon with the backbone of Debian

@marcus5914 I second Mint too. Peppermint OS also looks like a good one.

My personal favourite is Elementary OS, but that’s based on Ubuntu (although Ubuntu is in turn based on Debian so I think it still counts).

@marcus5914 You could also try Solus OS or Nitrux. Both seem pretty good.

@thealex both tried. Didn't liked it. UI bug and WiFi not working

@marcus5914 Ah yeah, sometimes the distro and your hardware don’t get along, resulting in wifi problems. I’ve had that before, you just have to find the right drivers.

Take a look at Mint, Peppermint OS, and Elementary OS. If none of those are to your liking, I can’t really recommend anything other than to keep searching. Try out as many as you can and eventually you’ll find something you like. Or, if you understand it enough, you could learn to build your own distro or customise an existing one.
