I had a standing ovation at my first talk at a conference. I was so nervous at first and then it was easy afterwards. I wonder if I should do more talks. Anyone have any experience doing this that can give some advice?

But in all seriousness, I have no idea how to help. I'm afraid for crowds myself, so I think it's already really good that you did it the first time. Just don't think about the people. Think about you being up there, enjoying the moment. (Well, that turned out quite the opposite of "having no idea how to help", lol)
