Is it true that in MNC company product based or service based, there are more meetings than the work itself?

Not sure about that but I can say that smaller company is normally harder working for sure. In small company you usually have much influence what is motivating. In a big company you have less influence normally and that demotivates a bit. That results into talking instead of doing stuff. Also, a lot of opinions are not very good for progress. There are many slowing down factors.
