That stressful moment when Windows 10 decides to fuck up your network drivers even though I just bought a new wireless pci card and still refuse to work properly so you just install various drivers to see which one works but Windows is just like: hey yo, fuck your drivers 😠

FML!!!!

I'm just going for Ubuntu now or maybe Windows 7 😥

I made the brave jump from windows 7 to Ubuntu and I can't fault it. however there are a couple of programs that aren't compatible but I've got a windows 7 VM for that. best of both worlds. I really don't trust windows 10. to many privacy concerns 😔 that's just my opinion 😃

@guyfork86 i feel you bro, it will be hard for me to go to Ubuntu because I only used it a long time ago, also, I use windows just because of steam and games you know, but I'm thinking on getting another SSD just to install windows to play games, and use Ubuntu as my work environment

@Fixxel I don't know what the problem is, I use wireless connection because the modem is too far away from my pc, It was all good, then a windows update happened (ps. My windows copy is not original), the I noticed that my internet connection was quite bad, so I reinstalled the driver for the old pci card, nothing changed, so I bought a better card and just installed it yesterday, installed the driver, everything was working fine for like 5 minutes, and since yesterday, I have installed a couple of drivers, cleaned my browser's cache, flush dns, modem configuration and nothing works 😢

@pelonchasva you're lucky, my girlfriend won't let me play games 😩 if I was you I would install Ubuntu to your new SSD and keep windows as it is. just have it as an external drive so you can learn, then if you do want to switch you can swap the drives without any hassle or loosing any thing. nothing worst than having to reinstall windows as it takes days just to update.

That's exactly what happened to me about a week ago, I tried system restores and everything. Being unable to find a fix, I caved and got rid of windows.
