@YouAreAPIRate some of fellow devranters were having same discussion on don't turn this into reddit or FB or 9gag.

@py2js i know, and i agree on the topic. I was already annoyed weeks ago and suggested to cross-check uploaded images with subreddit-frontpages. That idea was discarded because it would be too complicated. And seeing where all this shit is coming from i dont think blocking reddit is enough.
I'm thinking about going sub-only, but then i will miss good new stuff.

@RantSomeWhere a friend had to do an ml-assignment and had to use weka (or so i think). But the git-server had a pre-commit-hook that blocked lines over 80 chars. Thanks to weka's class names he couldn't do a variable assignment in a single line.
