After 7 years my mouse finally died. Farewell little clicker :'(

    This is the first time I see mouse dying, well at work the iMac "Magic" mouse died after less than a year of usage .....

    7 years, that's a long time, get the cute thing repaired, don't give up on it.

    @Paramite Yep, it's a ms mouse. I guess the switch to turn it on is broken inside and the contacts for the battery are corroded.

    That mouse deserves a medal for its service, 7 years is really long :D

    But I do think ms pulled some funny thing with the software for mouse in some update so you could buy a new ms mouse. 😂😂

    I know that feeling. I was so bummed when my Logitech MX518 died after almost a decade of service (it survived my World of Warcraft years with little maintenance). I ended up getting a G400 after that but it died after being in storage for 4 months. I'm now rocking a G900 Chaos Spectrum (Christmas gift from my wife) but nothing will ever compare to that MX518 for me
