    Every person is different in what's best for its wellbeing, therefore the nswer is definitely not no.

    I can code 10 hrs straight when in the house and at night than when in my 10-5 job where I'm always up & down.

    Or do you want to tell, that people who do regular 8.5h night shifts (with pauses etc.), that they are hijacking their inner day cycle clock?
    It is only then bad for your body and mind, when you either work day and night with constant sleep deprivation OR when you change the day/night cycle in less that a few days.
    As long as you keep the cycle in a regular manner, it is not bad at all.

    I want to code in the morning. My health and body clock will be affected coding at night. Night is for sleeping hehe
