What pisses me off most: on-site team/client team not specifying a non reproducable issue properly in an email and expecting a quick fix for it ASAP, making me run in circles.

    yes indeed, a server error is because of the mobile app and not someone fucked up the server >_>

    I just mark those kind of issues as can't reproduce, until they learn...

    My pm & direct boss both said to do so, so I can focus on the things that matter...

    Rather happy with that 😆

    @joykill same here, but still pisses me off that in the middle of the day, when I'm doing something important, I get this "urgent" obscure problem. Without proper details.
