I can totally relate albeit for more programming reasons. I hate when people just waltz in and say "there is an error. It is not working. Fix it".

shine9695yreminds me of a dev-turned-manager who called me up in the middle of the night because they could not access one of the servers from the bastion server and argued that SSH was used "just to login to servers"
FFS, the documentation ( that I set up for the bastion connectivity ) asked you to set up ProxyCommand in your SSH config. Not to SSH into the bastion server and then login to the server. Did you even f**king know what ForwardAgent was supposed to do?
SSH is used to "just login to servers", it seems, my ass! 🖕
And what was the actual problem, really? After 15 minutes of their ranting and exerting their dominance of being a manager - they didn't have their SSH keys in their SSH Agent at all, let alone know how to use the Agent. 🤦♂
Now tell me whether SSH is "just used to login to servers" or not.
