    There's a lot of us that agree. They're funny the first 5 minutes or so of understanding them, but that's about it.

    Not only notepad, but every fucking compiler tells you that there is a fucking semicolon missing on line X.

    It’s a lightweight editor, no bloated plugins, fine tuned to do what it does best, and no delays in load time.

    But name 5 people who use Notepad on a daily basis for all their programming. I'll wait.

    But also I'm a Lua dev so semicolons have not been used in a long time.

    @C0D4 Open anything with UNIX-style new lines, and it has everything on a single line, that's why I never use Notepad even for small files.
