    That's why I document EVERYTHING and don't have verbal agreements. If a dipshit wants to veto what I know is good for them, I get it in writing for everyone to see. And I will always refer to it when they ask why we went that route.

    Yes, documentation is very important. People conveniently forget who said what when the finger pointing begins.
