arslan95337yThankyou @Charon92 for guiding me, I'll keep your points in my mind surely. What project management system would you prefer though?

arslan95337yOne thing more if you guys could help me with is that to be honest with you guys I'm not in a position to rant a working space for my team but I'm planning to have one. In the mean time, Is it fine for my team to work on my project from their homes?

I've been working with web development startups since the early days of my career. Here's a few things I can add to the comments above:
- Always save for a rainy day. Keep at least 3-6 months budget for your team in case of shortfalls.
- Clearly define your scope of your work on the contract.
- Before reaching with the final agreement with the client to start the project, talk to your team with the requirements and timelines. Each member involved should know how to time-estimate their tasks. This way you'll know if you are able to fulfill the project on time; and you'll be able to give more realistic completion dates with the client. Don't bullshit your customers with deadlines.
- I see you're from Pakistan, in my opinion, Middle East countries is your sweet spot with smaller timezone difference. Try to make good connections there.
- It's ok to be optimistic, but don't be a delusional, know when to quit.
Good luck! -
arslan95337y@rEaL-jAsE pretty cool, we should get to know eachother on Facebook. What do you think?

Hey everyone, I want to start an IT company that focuses on web and Android applications development. I along with my teammates have planned to take freelancing projects from various websites in the beginning, I was thinking if you guys could guide me or give me some tips to jumpstart my career and the tips may help me in the long run.
Thanks in advance.
PS my team is fairly experienced since we've been working on local projects since 2014.
