It can happen because of faulty hardware or drivers ... But no people likes to blame Windows, they think it's cool ... Even there is who tell to stop to develop on windows. No thanks, first os the best os for me, second visual studio is the best ide for me, third i love c#... I'd never come back to another ide and language
