Does waiting for visual studio to respond count as work?

If so, about 7.75/8, on average.

Between 2 and 13.

- weather
- mood
- month
- amount of idiots within 100 meters
- lunch

7 hours or so, but we're required to have at least 6 hours of pairing a day.

Anywhere from 3-15, I'm in the office for 10 hours a day and I usually do a little work when I get home.

I figure 1hr per day spent on taking care of personal stuff and joking around with co-workers pays off.

Cause a happy team is a productive team. Breaks = productivity++
And people stay longer if the work place is chill.

I am mostly learning and I kind of read a lot about before actually doing. Just so that I do whatever I am doing properly and follow right standards. So I have days where I code very less.
But if reading related to that counts too I do 6/8.
Don't know if I should change this.
