Dad lives in Border region of Scotland, has pretty much been told that he will never have beyond a half meg download speed.
That's generous considering if someone wants to watch a YouTube video (at 144p, yeah that's a thing) everything else stops working and a 1 min video takes 3-5 mins to load anyway.
