    Haha. It's part of the job, man. What ya gonna do? Everytime I've left a job I had to transfer knowledge and finish my docs. It's professional and overall, it's a nice thing to do. I mean, think about the person who's gonna take over your work.

    Only 2 out of all the times I've taken over someone else's work I received proper induction. The other times, they just didn't give a shit and left. And it sucks that people do that.

    @telephantasm yea. We've tried. Bear in mind this is some custom built framework we're documenting which had no documentation to start with so after 2 months I'm pretty drained...

    @telephantasm yep, completely agree. We've just finished documenting about 15+ years worth of projects and now I've run out of things to work on.
