@ali007 you usually have methods in place to prevent unauthorized updates, and you would very very seldom actually have delete functionaility.

@ali007 when it's a webserver, you could check if there's a flag set in the session, that the usser can acces the functionality. If not, redirect to a login form and on successfull login set the flag in the session. Since sessions are stored serverside you should probably be fine with that. Another thing you could use are ip restrictions, so only people from your office can connect or you could take it a step further and use 2FA
