Hey, first time poster :-)

Working alone on a C++ app that has to control a GUI, camera and electronics on the side... but between the test cases, switching between classes and helping colleagues on unrelated issues, I find it hard to keep track of what connects with what, what needs to be done, what IS done...

So, how do you guys and girls keep track of your projects ? Stuck with To-do lists for now ^^

Currently github issues and slack channel for priority tasks + pen and paper for todos within the current task.

Hey! When you don't have to share stuff, I'd say pen and paper is great because of how "expressive" your own way you can be. For my own projects I like to draft the sw/hw architectures on paper and keep at it until I find something satisfactory or just grounds for what I have in mind.
Writing stuff also stimulates different routes of your thought process and unlocks certain things for me, especially in terms of creativity. Episode #0 of the Devrant podcast talks a bit about this, I'd recommend it! :)

GitHub issues is usable. Trello is awesome. But I like wikis (the hard way), cuz it helps me document my progress.
