An experienced PM will take that 18 month Developer optimistic baby estimate it and double it.

You forgot the system architect, who has to figure out how to make a baby with 3 hair colors, two skin tones, three mothers, and airplane wings in the next 4 months.

Did I mention that marketing needs to stay the hell away from customers and never promise anything?

    Airplane wings...... shit...

the joke was alright with me, smiling every line... it's the last part and the fact that it's irrelevant to wk50 that made it spamy... please don't tell me they(the internet people) have been made aware of devrant... they ruined Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram BTW

I think a better one for a client is (s)he puts a diaper on the baby's head and then complains about the shoddy development and demands a refund when they get peed on.

I think that developers always assume something will take longer than usual to complete because they've been doing it for long enough to know that something always goes wrong.
