No, both the companies I work for are great.
The project Im working for is an international company with worldwide offices but the owner of the company visits us devs at least once a week and is sincerely interested in us. He knows who I am even though Im an external hire and only work there for 4 months now.
My real boss doesnt know me but the whole company feels like a family.
