and their biggest mistake was taking it easy with a sys admin, if there is anyone who can be 100% accurate in reporting issues, it would be sys admins since that is what they are trained to do lol
There is Scaleway if you like, though not as fast as vultr but never had issues with them -
engin1876yDigitalOcean are great, I've never had any issues with their support team - super friendly.
Edit: Turns out, DevRant use them as well. -

It is the third time in two weeks that I actually have to reopen issues because your staff do not know how to troubleshoot correctly!
If there is routingproblems, please check from an external server and not from the same network!
I dont know, but Vultr has significantly lost the servicemind during this year...
