@peterSabs give it your best, bro.. From the day one. As far as i know and experienced, they were really open to reward the hard workers and were carefully watching everyone's activity. Be active in community and forums. If you are proficient in Android, help others doubts, and they will see that. If you are just a beginner, don't hesitate to ask and participate in daily challenges, & they will see that too.
Overall it would be a really entertaining journey, i can assure 👌
