A colleague currently has a cold and takes a deep, wet sniff every 10 seconds or so rather than just blowing his fucking nose - he even (politely) refused a tissue I offered him WTF?!

All concentration is lost when you're perpetually awaiting the next sniff.

Welcome to devRant! Move your seat. I often change seats in the train and office. Especially sneezes not covered. Lingers in air for a long time. Not to jinx myself but get very few colds. You will help your company if you move out of distance of him.

@Jumpshot44 I wish I could move but we only have 2 (4-seater) desks in our office and every space is taken. I'm going through about a bottle of anti bacterial hand-wash a day!

Haha yeh I did end up resorting to using headphones although I like the general atmosphere and chat in the office so it's not something I enjoy doing. The good news is his cold is clearing up so the sniffing is becoming less frequent and more managed le! @ishankothari
