A Client wanted a Webshop, SEO etc... i was like "sure mate". After a while of talking he said his Budget is around 250€. GG.
Move on, nothing to see here.

    kinda curious about how to make good estimations in terms of cost and time, it's a struggle :(

    @Oussama whatever you do, you need to justify it to yourself first. Make sure YOU are charging enough for yourself. Don't bother too much about how the client and other competitors want to impose their own fee structure to you. If you commit and not earning well and feeling bad about it, you are in a losing business. Just charge rates that motivate you to keep you wanting to do work.

    @Oussama Play aggressive. Ask client for budget. Never tell him your estimation, its a loss for you from every aspect. Ask for his needs and create a proposal breaking down the core ( ex. website) and the extras ( hosting, caching, cdn etc) with the extra costs.

    Always ask for the money you want to work for and reinvest.

    Suit up - it gives credibility and money.

    Sell marketing services and get paid upfront.
