I give the prompt when the user performs the key task 100 times.

Imo if the user has used it 100 times, then the probability of 5 rating is high.

I'll only rate an app if it's gonna be a 5 star rating. But it has to really impress me to get it. I think I've done it twice.

Ask me to rate it before I've used it extensively? Nope, that's gonna be an uninstall.
