Well... My pah keeps diskettes from 20 years ago... Windows 3.1 diskettes still work, tested last week (before growing them out because I wanted the box lol

I'm not a Christian but that comment is very distasteful. You shouldn't insult other people's beliefs.

@Skriptkiddy it's all copies... Back then there wasn't even a computer shop except in the capital (my brother's pc and his second computer were imported from the states , I would keep the last) , so we got all software, even OS in pirated diskettes....
Ahhhh installing windows 95 with diskettes... And asking a friend a copy of diskette X because only one damaged disk would compromise all the installations...
And also found my first pen drive....
64mb... Top of the class when they came one... My pah had a very good salary back then, it was a x-mas present and cost 200 euros back when.

@Chlodovechus I'm a Christian and I agree with Masterlei.
Remember that because of the church and fanatism milhions died... And now days the state isn't ruled directly by the church... (and don't fool yourself, state was ruled by religion, even now)

Where are you from by the way? 200 EUR has never been a shocking amount, even in 1999, at least here in the Nordics. I remember when my uncle bought a new rig in the mid 90's and it cost ~8000 EUR, four times as much as my latest rig, and that's without acounting for inflation of ~40%. The tech is getting so much cheaper, and some time ago I checked prices in other countries and found it to be more expensive in countries with low currency value, with like the only exception of Poland (and the diff wasn't too big).

You really sparked some curiosity there!

@Chlodovechus not meant to offend any religion. I just put the analogy above on different words as most people here think logically.

I grew up as a christian, I almost became a pastor. But you know, a person’s way-of-thinking sometimes become “obsolete”.

Besides, these religious people label atheists, gays, lesbians, etc.. as devils. Why can’t we speak out our minds?

Everyone can speak their minds on whatever they wish. But they just need to acknowledge the impact of their words, that's my philosophy

@masterlei Let's not over-generalize. Some of us Christians are capable of distinguishing between the concepts of "sinner" and "evil", and don't appreciate being lumped in with the people who forget that Jesus' whole point was love for sinners, not shunning them. I understand that those people can be frustrating and are far too common, though.

@Skriptkiddy I was talking about the USB pen drive... First ones to arrive, the largest capacity was 64mb and my dad gave me one...
Compared to diskettes it could hold all my stuff

Maybe sunlight coming from the background will make it look like jesus.
