Why is the weekly needed? Can't you be social and do IT/dev things?

Imagine this:
How do you balance your social life with your doctor life?

How do you balance your social life with your teacher life?

How do you balance your social life with your mechanic life?

How do you balance your social life with your carpenter life?

How do you balance your social life and being a prostitute? would be interesting tho.

Oh and many devs are socially akward. As a doctor or teacher ypu usually need a lot more social interaction than as a dev. + a lot of social interaction can be done via internet, which is very close to our job.

@Linux this was more an honest question: how do you balance a job which is not generally accepted and a normal social life..

To generalise, you wanna know why the question isn't "how do you balance social and work lives?"

But this is devRant. Not teachRant. That would be the school staff room.

This is an international forum for the complaints, frustrations, ideas, ideals and thoughts. Not where a teacher who said "god, that kid was annoying. Can't wait to give him a <generic low grade/mark>" can make it international.
