Agency developers, what do you do with bugs. If bugs come up after a year do you charge your customers? Or do you have maintenance agreements?

    Its always a clause in the contract. Basically never do any changes without payment. Even its a 5 minute job. As soons as you do it once the customer will want to do more changes for free.

    Maintenance agreements most of the time. Sometimes small bug fixes could be done out of courtesy.

    @Codex404 Same for my internship. I fixed a thing out two in order to appear like a nice professional guy for my report and grades, but now the guy thinks I have a full-blown customer support for his own mistakes with my code
