What's your 1M$ advice for technical interview as a fresher?

Be honest. If you don't understand or know the answer, don't pretend like you do.

Drink the koolaid ;)

No just be yourself, if they do not like you as a person they don't deserve you

Don’t talk too much..
When they ask you to tell something about you, they want to hear what your education is, what positions you were at and why you apply for this position..

No one cares about if you like cats or how many siblings you have.

Always focus on what’s relevant as a professional.

@sharktits when they give him the pen and paper to sign the contract he should throw away the pen and smack that paper with his dick as a signature instead

@1989 related: try to get constructive feedback on how you can improve.

Will help with future interviews, help build your reputation (it's a small community, even in big cities) as a professional, and you never know what position might come up later at the company who turned you down.

I once got a job offer 8 months after I interviewing. It's rare, but if you left them with a good impression, it can happen.

@BigBoo this is pure gold. I have a bad habit of trying to 'guess' at questions I'm posed.

It's much better to acknowledge that you don't know, or if you're able, show how you'd go about finding out the answer for yourself.

Even if you've got 30 years experience, no one expects you to know everything.

@bezorp I usually ask for an explanation for concepts I don't recognize. Then I usually do follow up questions about what it is so that I can understand it better. Usually I'm too curious to not do this tbh. Worst case scenario I learned about something new. Best case I get a job. 👍 Win-win
