I'd say skiddies.. too short to be a network problem, too long to be a sudden interrupt. Who'd want to take devRant of all sites down though? Mind-boggling.

DigitalOcean was doing network maintenance (as shown on their status page).

@dfox somebody recently was asking around what devrant has in terms of ddos mitigation, which just raised the immediate flag once devrant was down, but out of interest, what _does_ devrant use to prevent all sorts of denial of service attacks?
