Do you guys have any issue with Firefox lately?

It's lagging and hanging a lot on my laptop since like two weeks ago.

I usually run like 2 windows with no more than 7 tabs each. So 15 tabs max in total.

The rest of service I run are sublime, terminal, Mailspring on my lubuntu LAMP stack. :(

The latest app I installed and used is Mailspring, so if nobody has similar issue, I'm gonna disable it and test.

    @S-Homles-MD I exited Mailspring and using my ff and it just crashed again. 😓

    for the past 2 weeks I've been having quite a bad experience on windows due to windows defender doing some weird scanning thing. everything got sluggish and my laptop started screaming for air all the time. buuut it seems to have resolved itself sometime in the past few days. auto update I guess.

    @S-Homles-MD I shrugged my shoulders and plugged my monitor into my linux box. ;p

    @S-Homles-MD I feel you. Cross platform apps that are not electron apps are scarce.

    I had massive lags on cartain websites with firefox on linux for 2 weeks. It annoyed me so much that I just don't use firefox for now.

    @host127001 yeah I just refreshed my FF. Let's see if it helped, if not I might be abandoning it soon.

    @NoMad refreshed/reset the browser might do the trick.

    No crashing yet. 🤔

    I thought Vivaldi is like a fork of chrome 🤔
