What music do you guys listen when wired in?

@kevbost Nice contrast there. Not sure if they'd be in your taste, but I came across Ambleside and WVANDER (wander) the other day. Handguns, Knucklepuck, and Napolean are also really good. None are Thrash, but somewhere under the hardcore umbrella, albeit more post hardcore.

When it's music, it's either death metal or hip-hop/rap. When it isn't music, it's a TV show I've really enjoyed, like Dexter or Scrubs. Dunno why, but my attention isn't caught off guard by any of those so I can always work peacefully. Until someone fucking asks me a question and gets me out of the zone. Fuck someone. They're an arse.

@julianmd I too watch tv shows while I work. while my productivity does decrease, my time on the machine increases

I go for old classics, PF, LZ, Slash..
and sometimes jump to Martin Garixx and Dimitri Vegas..

Stuff like Peter Gundry and similar artists. Depends on the mood, when I'm feeling energetic I listen to folk metal.

Depending on the task I'm on, I like to listen something to relax, some post rock, like Mogwai. When I'm on a hurry, System of A Down always help me get the job done :D

@sheeponmeth I've had a chance to go through your list, it made me realize how easy it is to fall stagnant in music proliferation. You had a stacked list of bands I may be into -- all with 2015/2016 releases. That's fucking awesome, I wish I could provide a similar list.

Ambleside and Nepolean are closer to what I'm in to -- not perfect, but perfect for me is pretty specific. Ambleside reminds me of a slightly less depressing Defeater, Napoleon has definite traces of Dillinger Escape Plan.

The one album I've found myself listening to on repeat is Thrice - Illusion of Safety [2002]

@kevbost Napolean is amazing, give them a few listens and they'll grow on you quickly. You might like Erra, too.
