# gym rant

My reaction when people hog the only two squat racks in the entire gym for 40+ minutes doing lifts that don't need rack at all. All I want to do is implement time division multiplexing for equipment.

    I feel you. Moved town last month and the number of squat racks degraded from 2 to 1. I officially gave up on squats and overhead press haha

    @markus I wound up power cleaning my first rep and just doing overhead press from there. While I was doing this, the squat rack bogarts were dead lifting an empty bar... smh.
