I never feel like less technically able than when I need to go there to read up on some knowledge base article...

How they separate the practical examples from the structural documentation, while also making the practical examples useless, and the structural documentation ineffective is a mystery to me.

@arobicha It's almost like they're stuck in the past. Which is really interesting to me because they're doing a lot of really modern stuff.

And yet they've ignored the small stuff - like the way everyone else is writing good documentation.
