Vultr vs Linode vs DigitalOcean
for a website that contains streaming and high traffic which is best for dev start and then maybe deployment?

so i should opt out of vultr and linode and consider DO and google Cloud

Hightraffic and streaming will be expensive anywhere.

You could also get a non-scaling VPS with limited resources to control how much you spend, but it will be slow as fuck.

Vultr looks good, cheaper than aws, probably cheaper than google cloud too, just have in mind that anything that scales charges in processing, traffic and storage.

If it is video streaming you could look for providers like ooyala, pay them and stop worrying about all the infrastructure and services needed. This approach will also be expensive

I would recommend vultr.
I used it for my chatbots.
The vps service is very reliable. They never failed on me. My bots were always online. Besides of that, vultr is very cheap.

Quality and uptime wise, I can confirm that Vultr is better than DigitalOcean. Heck, DO didnt even reply support tickets for weeks a few times.
