is it just me? i really don't get what the question was. he wants to access the database on one phone with another phone..? ^^'

@arminiae I think so, but it's still kind of confusing. Although it technically _is_ possible, it's even more confusing and shouldn't be used in production directly, rather some less harsh app-to-app communication where only some data are provided.

Imagine what damage you could cause if the connection between the devices is unsecure and you play with the database directly. :D

@edisonn the point is that (s)he wants to access the db directly. Which resides in the same partition as other casual apps. If those two things don't sound crazy enough to combine for you, then I don't know. :P

    - you can cripple app's db so easily
    - it can be misused even easier than you think to create viruses
    - if you have a bank's app there, well guess what's going to happen if they used a bad security
    - keyloggers work even on android, surprisingly

@edisonn ok, but then, my next questions would be why? what's the use case?

I'm no app dev, but if anyone tried to get at the db underneath one of my web apps i'd find that highly suspicious. Go through the interface i provide or back off (looking at you, client..)
