@JackToolsNet better approach is to estimate what are they willing to pay. That depends on the advantage they get from the software.

Wack63116yWhat worked for me was instead of giving "even/round" numbers ex. 3'000.- slightly off numbers like 2'870.- or 3'160.- clients tend to take it in a way, where you calculated something and not just as an "imaginary" number. I can't proove that it works better, but it works for me.
my office setup is finished, and i have my first client. they ask about how much they must pay for their software. i don't know anything about making a price tag. anyone know how? from marketing maybe ?
