    It will never taste better. Cooking beef for 15 hrs would render it pure crap. Literary. Consistency and texture would be horrible.

    @Gregozor2121 sous-vide. I did not know that. Those are very low temperatures, much lower than I'm used to for cooking but still, point taken.

    There is a saying in my country:
    Where you have 7 cooks, you wont find anything to eat. (because one is going to fuck up the other one's work)
