cursee165956yNot a pocket user?
For devrant content, feel free to mention me under it. 😁 Will do my best to archive it. -
@cursee that's exactly the issue, I am saving everything and can't just freely browse a bit without feeling forced to save/.. it
-
cursee165956y@JoshBent I used to save a lot too. But after I accidentally lost my pocket account, I found out it's not the end of the world for me 😄
Now I only save the things I really found useful or funny. Something worth sharing. Something I found myself keep going back and reading it everynow and then or sharing to other people every now and then.
The rest, I let it go. -
@cursee I have lost multiple times my tab collection or lost accounts etc. and I still keep doing it haha
-
Lyniven44536yI have this issue too, I've a whole terabyte of memes(images), coding link, things to check or found cool. So far it rarely serve, but when it does, feelsgoodman
-
@Jakuho haha if I'd convert my bookmarks etc or things shared it'd be way beyond terabytes for sure, but yeah the satisfying feeling when you do need it once in every decade feels great, just not the way there
@Jilano I just gave up and have a "useful" folder where I smash everything lol -
@Jilano I wish I had the nerves to do it, I tried for a while and simply came up with too many categories, which many were basically synonyms of each other
I feel I have developed some sort of digital hoarding and can't be at peace just browsing before the night, I have to save, like, ++, whatever or I feel I will some day think of that specific content (image, post, music, video, ..) and never be able to find it, it did happen before, which probably engraved that even further or was the cause, but it's just such a disease not to be able to just browse and not worry about some day having the need to find it again.
