Technically you do butcher animals, you kill bugs don't ya 🤔.

Kinda sucks how muggles call us, but when I say that I'm a sysadmin, or an electronics engineer, or a security guy / hacker.. to them it's all the same anyway. Flipping the ones and zeroes. I tend to prefer the umbrella term "technologist" over "informatician" though :/

the guy who solves problems with pc's, he dosent know how to code (it isnt nessesary) but he is your go to when you want to setup, fix, change something on pc. He is able to upgrade hardware as well.
Basicly it translates to IT support
(he sould be proficient in all fields of IT: os'es, networking, software, hardware but coding isnt required)

And you know calling a programer a IT support guy is a bit offensive...

Wikipedia says that it translates to computer sciencist in english.
Look up the article on that. It perfectly explains everything.

I think that word dosent exist in english...

In addition to that nearly everyone in my country thinks that informatician = IT support today.... So casual meaning is different from the real one at least in my launguage!
