on every company i worked for, i always had this "senior" team mate that seems really knowledgeable with the way he talks and just by looking at his resume but doesn't reflect on his work. smh

I've worked with people who kinda did their first year 15 times in a row. Holy stagnation, Batman! Of course they were paid for 15 years of experience. It's cool and all, I'm just not a fan of them sending me smoke signals asking me where the punch cards are located.
