feroza9776yPython and JavaScript are programming languages. Computer Science is a degree specialization.

What is this question.
Genuinely not sure what you're trying to ask.
Are you saying Python is the only thing you learn in computer science?
Are you trying to compare JS and Python? -
C0D4681386yI’m lost, like the rest of these guys.
Does your uni offer 2 CompSci courses or are you comparing the two languages? -
I don't get it. Do you mean Python is solely for computer science, and JS is not?
-
@Engrossing Your question and tags are so confusing that we sincerely aren't sure if you're just really confused yourself or you're trolling us hard.
In this case It'd be clearer to just explain in what situation you are that made you ask rather than the question itself. -

@Engrossing Python is generally regarded as easier to pick up. I personally am not a big fan of Java, but you should try it yourself and see if you like it better.

feroza9776y@Engrossing Just as @ethernetzero said, Python is more beginner friendly than Java. Less boilerplate and easier to grasp syntax.

C0D4681386yHow did we go from Python vs JavaScript to Python vs Java?
Either way, Python is you’re easy option for getting started, Java or C# would make for a great second language later on and getting a better understanding of more type strict languages.
as for JavaScript, learn the others first before rolling down that rabbit hole unless you plan on doing WebDev or hybrid web apps.
What's the Difference between Computer science ( Python) and JavaScript?
