    when someone move the repository then we can't run NPM install

    That's stupid, as the released versions in use wouldn't be touched. Or in other words :nothing would happen. 🙄

    But I don't know what NPM is, so I reckon that I just don't get the joke. 😕

    @Yamakuzure yes, released changes can't be pulled back but new devs do not to freeze the versions of packages after release. That results in newest packages and (I believe) without version dependency check of other packages which results in a broken project.
