Can someone tell these fucking recruiters that 'competitive' isn't a salary range. Please?

    Yes!! So frustrating, everyone has different ideas of what a decent salary for a role is. Would help everyone if they actually put a number to it

    Competitive salary based on experience.
    And requirements are dev must have written an app on Pluto, tested on the sun for ensuring it's unbreakable and deployed from Mars cuz internet is faster there

    @irene Last time i wasted time going to an interview through a recruiter i found out that "competetive salary" seems to mean: ~60% of what you are currently making and "cutting edge technology" means .Net 3.5

    Competitive means under-paid. Simple as that.

    @irene yes. It works the other way as well: if a company has competitive prices, they are cheap compared to others. So... 😉
