I proposed to my best friend like last month. Until now she gives no answer.

been there didn't work, after you're a girl's friend you're usually out of the running as dateable. now they are a very few that this doesn't apply to but I've only heard stories of them.

You know what, I just wanted to update here. My best friend finally said yes to my proposal!

Apparently she already replied like months before but due to communication problem, the message didn't reach me. :(
And when I asked her again few days back, she said she is ready for me.

And the very next day I have been offered a job opportunity with higher salary at another company.

What a lucky bastard I am! Thank God. Thanks to all of you :')

Congrats! But you proposed via text or email? That's pretty odd where I come from, what am I missing? Is this a long distance relationship?

@shittywebdev yes it is a long distance relationship actually. we met at the college. long after graduation only that I've the courage to ask her. I'm glad i do :)
