well that means your documentation is shit, doesn't it?

Not necessarily. Sometimes others over complicate the problem, and don't know how to just step away to simplify it. Or, they've been working on the problem for so long that they need a second eye in order to offer suggestions.

@Charmgoggles lol! Not my repos, repo's that I'm watching that have excellent docs.

I'm ranting at the mindset where rtfm or applying some thought to the problem is step 2, after reporting it as an issue.
