What is the best way to work on a project with a team?, I mean, how to use git, runbots, scrum, kanbans, modeling, and the most important the deadline... D:

@2erXre5 sure, it's the best practice, but we must have some tool that can tell us the to do, deadlines, time, as much information as possible without talking, obviously, there are things that you have to talk about because a method can't make everything.

@bettoisc well, I use Redmine and the agile plugin for my team. We are working right now with Kanban. That is sufficient for me. Deadlines are either on task/story level or on the project roadmap. But to be honest, I don't work much with deadlines because that puts a lot of pressure on my team. I focus to get things done in a fast way (optimize wirkflows whilst assuring quality) and I am focusing on reaching milestones.
