Idk, I'm reading this while very tired and wondering why this guy couldn't be more concise and get to the bloody point. I think I'll feel the same way if I opened this ticket on the job.

@kshep92 - he had already put in a ticket about this a few weeks prior, so we knew by the title what he wanted, it's just such a low priority fix compared to everything else on our plate that we hadn't gotten to it. this definitely got our attention lol.
